1. Our Services

Verscope Digital provides digital music distribution services that allow you to upload and distribute your music to streaming platforms and online stores worldwide.

2. Ownership of Music

You keep 100% ownership and copyright of your music at all times.

By using our services, you give Verscope Digital a non-exclusive license to distribute, promote, stream, and make your music available on digital platforms for the duration of your release with us.

3. Your Responsibilities

You confirm that:

• You own the rights to the music you upload, or you have permission to use it.
• Your music does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or rights belonging to other people.
• Your content is not illegal, offensive, or fraudulent.
• You have proper licenses for cover songs where required.

You are fully responsible for the content you upload.

4. Payments & Royalties

Royalties earned from stores and streaming platforms will be paid to you after Verscope Digital receives payment from those platforms.

Payments may be delayed if:

• Payment details are incorrect.
• Verification documents are missing.
• There are disputes regarding ownership.

Note: Any applicable transaction or withdrawal fees may be deducted.

5. Release Approval

Verscope Digital reserves the right to reject or remove any release that:

• Violates copyright laws.
• Contains fraudulent streaming activity.
• Includes harmful or illegal content.
• Breaks these Terms of Use.

6. Distribution & Takedowns

You may request removal of your music from stores at any time by contacting us.

After a takedown request is submitted, stores and streaming platforms may take several days or weeks to fully remove the content. Verscope Digital is not responsible for delays caused by third-party platforms.

7. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You upload unauthorized content.
• Engage in streaming fraud or botting.
• Abuse the platform or our staff.
• Violate these terms.

No refunds will be issued for violations of these Terms.

8. Service Availability

We will do our best to provide reliable distribution services, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or availability of third-party platforms. Verscope Digital is not responsible for outages, platform errors, or delays caused by streaming services.

9. Privacy

Your personal information will only be used for operating our services, processing payments, and communicating with you. We respect your privacy and will not sell your personal data without permission.

10. Changes to Terms

Verscope Digital may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept any updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes shall first be handled through good-faith discussion before legal action.
